The classic school girl uniform. I think it turned out pretty good.
I'm no pro, in fact I suck at drawing xD But you made the torso and shoulders a little too broad and stiff. The torso should connect evenly with the lower body (hip and legs I mean). Since you made the torso so stiff, it doesn't look natural. But, don't worry. It's a common mistake that can easily be fixed ! Practice makes perfect, kay?
